On a day when the triage clinic was overwhelmed Evelyn came to drop off a patient who required emergent care. When she realized how busy the clinic was she logged onto a computer and helped us catch up. She was not asked or told to do so, she just did. Evelyn's actions helped the veterans get seen in a timely manner and helped reduce the stress that the staff was going through. She was the very definition of a team player.
