Understandably, watching a family member progress through the dying process is a heart-wrenching experience. But for one family whose loved one was cared for at Saint Agnes, that process was made much easier because of RN Evelyn Leong. After the patient was transferred from ICU to 3-West, the family was introduced to Evelyn and was struck by her kindness and genuine care and concern for the patient and the entire family.

"We were no one special, but Evelyn treated us like we were VIPs. She made the transition a very positive thing and helped us when we were at our worst."
