I would like to continue in the Telehealth Program. I have been in the program three times, and I feel I can make better progress if allowed to remain in it for the next few years. It provides daily motivation and makes me feel like a part of a team. Nurse Evelyn Martin has been a tremendous help in assisting with and providing information so that I can better understand the program.

I have and will continue to recommend the program to disabled veterans and others.

This program has allowed me to monitor my blood pressure and manage my weight during monthly check-ins with Nurse Martin via telephone calls and video conferencing, when necessary.
