Evelyn Ondevilla, RN

When my husband was first admitted to the VA in Danville, I did not trust many. I later learned that there were people who worked on the ward who truly cared about my M. Evelyn is one of those people. Whenever I had questions about his medical problems, big or small, Evelyn would take the time to talk to me and answer my questions honestly. I get to see my husband once a week and Evelyn never fails to greet me with a smile and reassures me that M is important to her. Evelyn explained the reason for his port, wraps on his feet, and even the reason for the food consistency. She is personally involved with my husband’s medical problems and always has an updated report for me. But Evelyn’s most outstanding quality is that she really cares about my M and also thinks that I am worth her time to reassure me that he is being taken care of.
