As a Health Insurer, our goal is to offer members the services necessary for a healthy life. The Pre Authorizations Unit has a great Nursing team that with their experience and knowledge, strives every day to provide the best service to our beneficiaries. For this reason, we want to recognize the service, commitment and dedication they have with our affiliates.
An example of the great commitment and service in the Unit is Evelyn Rivera-Avilés. Evelyn is in charge of the supervision and implementation of projects in our Transportation Unit. In her supervisory role, she has always demonstrated a high commitment to our affiliates and colleagues by complying with the company's standards. She worries that the affiliate can obtain the service by exhausting all the alternatives to ensure that the patient receives the service and maintains an optimal state of health. She is an excellent leader who strives to prepare her staff with the necessary tools to provide services to our members. Evelyn is very humble, humane and cooperative. She cares about her patients and all the staff with whom she works, excelling in her work and demonstrating great sensitivity for our members day after day.
