I would like to recognize Evonniea for the incredible care she provided during my mom’s recent stay in the ER. From the moment she entered the room, she was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. She had a perfect balance of professionalism and personality—her sense of humor helped ease our nerves during an extremely stressful time, and her kindness made our long stay so much more bearable.
Evonniea took the time to share stories about her own family and also listened closely as we shared ours. She reassured us repeatedly that we were in the best possible place and that my mom was receiving excellent care, even as we were facing the possibility of her having had a stroke. Her calm presence and compassionate communication helped us feel safe, supported, and seen.
We are so grateful to have had a nurse who clearly loves what she does and truly cares for her patients.
