I was admitted to the hospital at the beginning of December, but I was also here from March to April. During my time from March to April, I got to know the nurse above very well. She treated me with such compassion and such love and care during my time there. She sat with me and comforted me. Not only did she do that, but she also sat with me while I told my little sister that I was going into hospice at the young age of 26. Fabianna answered all of my little sister's questions. She sat and held her while she cried. She was just so nice and loving that I could not have asked for a better person to care for me during this time and during my hospital stay. Fabianna deserves this award because not only is she kind and compassionate, but she also does that out of the goodness of her heart, not because she has to because this is her job but because she wants to because she loves the job that she's doing.
