Faith and staff had a patient that had an unexpected C-section on the same day her grandmother was placed on hospice in the ICU. The patient was very emotional, and her biggest wish was to see her grandmother and introduce her to her great-grandson. Faith and her co-worker made this happen. They assisted with taking the patient and infant to the ICU to see grandma and family. They supported the family emotionally, praying with them and crying with them. The family was so touched by the extraordinary care. They thanked the staff over and over and posted social media posts bragging on the Cox hospital staff.
