I want to pass on a huge compliment to all of the staff I have interacted with. I have been in hospitals many many times and this is the best experience I have ever had. The staff seems very focused on being friendly and providing the best care, I can only think they are working in a very positive culture. The incident that stands out the most was not from a staff I was not working with but she answered the light when I had to go to the bathroom and then came right in.

Her name was Faith, she went far and above for me. She showed me how to wrap a cord around my wrist so I wouldn’t trip on in, then she pinned up the drain. I told her she was brilliant. Unsolicited she helped me wash up with a warm washcloth and then facilitated me brushing my teeth, I felt so much better. I honestly think she should give a talk on how to take good care of patients.
