I would sincerely like to thank the NICU staff, as they have been amazing ever since my son was admitted in March until he met his unfortunate death in May. Especially Sr Faith, they made our situation very easy for us. Thank you again, Mediclinic, for teaching your staff how to value patients' feelings.
