Our daughter was in with a very high temperature and in a quite distressed condition, and we had been waiting for the doctors to see her for quite some time despite being told they were on their way. Faith followed up with the doctor's station to make it very clear to them that this wait time for a toddler in distress was unacceptable, asking them to please come down as her temperature and general condition were concerning. She was spoken to very sharply by the doctor when he did appear, which I think she knew would happen, but despite this, she still went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was seen sooner rather than later. I'm making this nomination to show my gratitude and admiration for her compassion, spirit, and refusal to back down despite potential negative consequences to herself. She is an example to all of us that caring for children in need comes before all other considerations. Thank you, Faith.
