Fallan Henry 2, RN

Fallan was the nurse for an unfortunate 26-year-old trach-dependent bed-bound patient. Fallan and the patient developed a rapport, and there was mention of a "spa day" for the patient the following day. The next day, Fallan's assignment was changed due to her needing to take a CRRT patient. Fallan stayed after clocking out at the end of her shift to give the patient her spa day, which included a face mask, trimming and painting her nails, and putting on nice, good-smelling lotion. The patient's face lit up, and she had the biggest smile on her face. Great job, Fallan, for showing so much compassion to this patient. It did not go unnoticed.
