Throughout clinical and everyday life, I've witnessed Fallon take the time to care, listen, and show compassion towards her patients and get to know them. Fallon looks at every patient uniquely and takes the time to make sure all the choices she makes are correct. She collaborates with the nurses she works with as well as her own resources like textbooks or clinical instructors and always makes sure to understand the patient's whole situation.
