My mother was admitted for a UTI, and we learned that she had kidney and bladder stones as well. The Urology unit wanted to remove the stones as an out-patient 1 month and 2 months later. Since Mom was already on antibiotics and the stones were making her sick. (She was septic at one point). I advocated for Mom's stones to be removed while hospitalized.

I started talking to Fallon, she was very supportive in helping me reach out to the people I needed to speak to, to advocate for what I thought was best. Fallon was always positive, never spoke poorly of those who didn't agree with my request, and at my request contacted the next level of person for me to discuss my concerns. I was told by others that Fallon mentioned how she supported my mother and me. I felt like I was fighting a battle and her support helped me stay strong.

Fallon's positive energy, professionalism, and behind-the-scenes support helped me stay focused on the best care for my mother. She also is an amazing Nurse! She took the time to communicate and make sure my deaf/hard-of-hearing mom understood. She is compassionate, caring, and extremely capable.
