Falon Campbell, RN

I am the daughter of a patient at Atrium Health Cleveland, and I just really felt the need to let someone know how this visit has been this evening/ morning. My father was brought here by ambulance, and I dreaded the overnight stay in the ED. I feel praise and credit needs to be given, especially when an employee touches the hearts of others by just being themselves.

We had the pleasure of having Falon as our nurse. She has truly gone above and beyond; enough so that I felt the need to write this in hopes a supervisor reads this and knows what an amazing, genuine, caring, gentle, and compassionate person they have working on the front lines, and how appreciative I am as a daughter having someone like Falon take care of my dad while here. She has checked in with us, answered any and every question, showed compassion, been patient, and truly just made not only me and my husband, but my dad feel more at ease as well. He has gotten quite a few hours of sleep as well as having a nurse that genuinely cares. It’s not everyday that someone touches my heart in this way, and I just want to say thank you to Falon and let you all know that you have an amazing nurse. She goes above and beyond when no one is watching.
