The Family Services Department exemplifies our organization's values and embodies our mission. This department models collaboration and teamwork that makes a difference in the lives of patients, families, associates, and the community. This team was once disassociated; they have now found their voice. This team has rebuilt the culture of Family Services by embracing the day-to-day trials of the ever-changing healthcare landscape. They have improved their HCAHPS score in a department that SHOULD be a happy area but was in desperate need of empowerment, positivity, and teamwork among themselves. They have created a Spirit Committee that celebrates their associates for hard work and dedication. They have an annual trip planned to celebrate their team and all the success and hard work they have put into this department over the last two years.
