FANG-YU LI, RN, BSN
Fang-Yu is a nurse who works very hard with a great attitude in the outpatient department. She speaks to everybody calmly, spreads the warmth to people around her, and works professionally and efficiently. She always explains examinations and knowledge to the patients clearly and patiently. As for her working attitude, she is always friendly with a smile on her face and therefore gets compliments or positive feedback from patients all the time.
A patient once said, “Fang-Yu is clever, passionate, and diligent. She explains the details of examinations very patiently and would look after the elders carefully. She is a considerate, sweet, and outstanding nurse.”
"Fang-Yu is a compassionate nurse. She showed her concern when she found me resting in a chair after seeing the doctor because I was feeling weak. She did not leave until satisfying my needs and making sure I was fine. I am very grateful for what she did. She is definitely a nurse worth praising!” said another patient.
Fang-Yu has excellent organizing skills. She teaches our new nurses with logical methods and is willing to share her experiences. She shows her sincere care and encourages her colleagues all the time and guides new nurses to do better at their job. Fang-Yu is indeed an irreplaceable nurse in outpatient department.
