Farah is a natural leader on our floor. She is confident, kind, and willing to help out any coworker in need. Her clinical skills are exceptional - I always trust her judgment, and I know she will give me her time & her full attention when I have a problem I need help with. Farah is very knowledgeable and communicates well with coworkers, patients, and family members alike. She sets the tone for the floor and she always knows what to do. Working with Farah is a true pleasure. I hope to be a fraction of the nurse that she is one day. She is an exceptional nurse and an asset to the 5N family.
