Human touch. Fareeya treated me as a human being, not as a number or another patient. She always had a very pleasant attitude and was very willing to help with anything I needed, she exceeded my expectations. She even called maintenance to come up and fix my TV that was not working properly. She answered all of the questions I had very promptly and clearly and made sure I understood everything that was going on. She was very helpful and made a very good impression on me of what St Vincent's Southside is all about. Thank you Fareeya!!!
