Farhia did an exceptional job caring for my dad during a time when he was experiencing increased respiratory distress. She was responsive, fast-acting, and confident in her decisions. She did a great job at explaining everything she did. Her sense of urgency in the situation while also maintaining an outward sense of calm was very reassuring and appreciated. Her compassion was evident in the way she treated my dad as a real person and not just another body in a bed. Despite his worsening symptoms, she did an excellent job of keeping him safe until he was escalated to a higher level of care. We really appreciate her attention to detail, and quality care during a stressful time. Thank you, Farhia!
