Despite how busy she was and the times when they were understaffed, she still worked above and beyond, making us all feel assured and welcome and reducing our anxieties.
My 98-year-old Grandad was admitted for a period of 7 days on ward 20. The nurse looking after my grandad, Farhiya, showed great compassionate care, high-quality nursing care, and excellent interpersonal skills. She was so lovely and made all her patients feel safe and comfortable, and she was also going out of her way for the hospital visitors, her colleagues, and workers from outside the ward, such as ambulance and transport staff.
She provides great holistic care for all. Despite how busy she was and the times when they were understaffed, she still worked above and beyond, making us all feel assured and welcome and reducing our anxieties. She will make anyone smile and not show any signs of stress or difficulties she may be facing. She gave everyone good energy, and she was very approachable.
Her bedside manner, care, and dignity were so appreciated, and she delivered respectful duties at all times. She is most valued and always gives us her time.
