Farida has worked on London Bridge for over 14 years as Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist. She continues to provide exceptional compassionate care to patients and their families. She is always ready and available to support staff in the clinical areas with her clinical expertise. She provides "service with a smile" and nothing is ever too much for Farida. She beams with a positive "can do" attitude on a daily basis.

I have known Farida since 2008 when I first visited LBH. She has always shown me care and compassion on my many visits. Because of her skill and attention, she is one of the reasons that I have returned to LBH. For one of my mast episodes for heart block, Farida insisted that the local ECG be sent to her from which she was able to diagnose the issue that had been missed by my local GP, so a big thank you. After one operation that went wrong, Farida was on hand when I came out of ICU and her care and positive nature got me on the road to recovery. If I have needed help or advice she has always been outstanding in making sure I have the best care and attention. I live 300 miles away from LBH and having Farida there is like having a member of the family and a good friend who is able to give care and support when they are needed. She is an extraordinary person and a wonderful nurse and I owe her a massive thank you.

The standard of care I received was fantastic. From the moment I spoke to Farida I relaxed. Each step and procedure was clearly explained to me and my questions were answered in detail. I was a nurse, and to have been cared for in such a lovely professional way was greatly appreciated.
