Faron always treats her patients and coworkers with the most respect. She makes work fun for everyone around her. She goes above and beyond to make her patients, and even patients not assigned to her, safe and happy. Recently she bought a patient flowers to give to his wife who is his full-time caregiver. Both the patient and the wife cried and hugged our care team. All because Faron went beyond not only with her patient care but for their family as well.
