Fathima was extremely caring, very patient, and listened intently to everything I had to say. She was genuinely concerned about my dizziness issues and double-checked with the anesthetist too. She explained everything in detail and was very friendly. She even apologized for my previous unpleasant experience with the Wexham Park Maternity Ward, even though she was not remotely involved in it. She was very sensitive and empathetic to what I narrated and understood my concerns and anxiety. She immediately reassured me that I would get good post-op care and I was in a good place at Wexham Park Hospital. Fathima in my opinion is a gem of a nurse and a gem of a person. Wish there were more people like her in the NHS.
