With all her nominations, patients in the dialysis unit praised her for her excellent work. She always shows respect to patients, smiling every time and always ready to assist. She is always showing compassion and making patients feel better during their session. She is also a good listener and reminds patients how to care for their fistula at home, as mentioned by patients. When asked for assistance during and after dialysis, she is very attentive. Another patient reiterated that, "she instructed everything to us."
