Fatima Ceppi was exceptional in her willingness and thoughtfulness to thoroughly listen to my conditions and needs and respond to them quickly and effectively, often offering solutions to some of my concerns. Then, she acquired these solutions, including those which required doctor approvals, which she secured.
While I have no complaints with any of your nurses, Fatima was the exceptional ray of sunshine that - at least temporarily - enlightened my dismal situation. Her most positive representation of the hospital should be recognized.
