Fatima was a constant source of caring, professionalism, and leadership during my hospitalization. Although she was not my nurse on every one of her shifts, her presence, follow-up, and advocacy for me was felt very palpable. An experienced, confident nurse who led the unit strongly and made sure my stay (although very difficult) as pleasant as possible. As a nurse myself, it is easy to pick out those who are exceptional…Fatima is one of them. With immense gratitude!
