From the moment we met Fatima she was so gentle and caring for our loved one. We were extremely worried and confused as to how our beloved 25 year old was even in the ICU! Fatima took her time to explain everything to us. She willingly answered every question and NEVER made us feel as if we were hassling her. As our family was under incredible stress and worry, she was the angel that gave us hope and peace. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the tests being done and why. No question went unanswered.

It is without a doubt that if anyone is deserving of an award for excellence, it should be Fatima. We are forever grateful for her love, compassion and dedication that she showed towards us!
