Fatima genuinely demonstrated compassion when answering all our concerns with the family and the patient. You definitely have a SUPERSTAR on your staff that put not only my mother in law but everyone that was in ICU that evening at ease. She is an amazing nurse who really loves her job and goes the extra mile. I myself work in the medical field and I am a health administrator, and in my opinion she is a rare breed with high regards to Patient Care! Please make sure she really gets recognized, she was wonderful!
