I wanted to take a moment to share how amazing Fatima was while taking care of me. My newborn daughter suffered trauma at birth and I was having a very hard time coping. She was in the NICU while I was an inpatient and Fatima stayed patient and by my side when I needed her. I spent most of my days down in the NICU and Fatima would come down there to give me my medications; she never made me feel like I was a problem and was always right there to help me. It's people like Fatima that restore my faith in humanity. When I would compliment her she would say "oh it's my job, it's what I am here for; I love doing this". You could tell she was serious. I am just so thankful I was under her care during such a difficult time for me. She was so gentle and genuine. Thank you, Fatima, for making a difference every day! I am grateful to have met you.
