اقدم شكري وامتناني للأستاذة فاطمة الجدعاني
تم إدخال ابني إلى المستشفى في جناح جراحة النساء لمدة سبعة أشهر.
مررت بفترة صعبه فترة تنويمه بين توتر وقلق وخوف على ابني وهوا في حالة مرضه بين تحسن وتدهور مررت بإكتئاب وحزن وكثير من المواقف الصعبة
وفي عز ضيقتي ارسل الله لي ملاك على هيئة بشر أ فاطمة
كانت تسمع لي افضفض لها بحزني تسمعني تحنو علي تصبرني وتقويني بكلامها ومشاعرها الحنونة تشعر بي وبإبني
كانت له الرفيقة والصديقة تبادله اللعب تسليه وترفه عنه كثير من الاوقات كانت تنسيه التعب والألم بأساليبها المحترفة
تقدم له الهدايا والتي كانت تعني لأبني الكثير
شعر ابني بالراحة والحب لها ظل كل يوم يسأل عنها وان احتاج اي شي يطلب منها
وفي يوم كان ابني يبكي ومتضجر جدا يشعر بالملل ويريد ان يلعب بالهاتف المحمول وقد انتهت باقة النت بادرت أ/فاطمة مشكورة بشحن باقة النت لابني حتى يتسلى ولايشعر بالملل تفاصيل صغيرة كانت تعني لي ولابني الكثير 
شكرا أ فاطمة على مساعدتك ووقفتك. بجانبي وجانب ابني جعلتي من رحلتنا في المستشفى ذكرى جميلة بمعرفتك ومعرفة طاقم التمريض والاطباء بقسم الجراحة

The Story of Nurse Fatimah Al-Jadani, Health Assistant, Surgical Inpatient Department

I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Fatimah Al-Jadani.

My son was admitted to the Women’s Surgery Department for seven months. It was an extremely difficult period during his hospitalization, filled with stress, anxiety, and fear for my son as his condition fluctuated between improvement and decline. I went through depression, sadness, and many painful experiences.

In the midst of my distress, God sent me an angel in human form, Ms. Fatimah.

She would listen to me as I poured out my worries and sorrow. She listened with kindness, comforted me, and strengthened me with her gentle words and compassionate feelings. She truly cared about both my son and me.

She was a companion and a friend to my son. She played with him, entertained him, and helped lift his spirits during many moments. With her professional and caring approach, she often helped him forget his fatigue and pain. She would give him gifts that meant so much to him.

My son felt comfortable with her and loved her dearly. Every day, he would ask about her, and whenever he needed anything, he would ask for her.

One day, my son was crying and very upset. He was bored and wanted to play on his mobile phone, but the internet package had run out. Ms. Fatimah kindly took the initiative to recharge his internet so he could entertain himself and not feel bored. Small details like this meant so much to both my son and me.

Thank you, Ms. Fatimah, for your support and for standing beside my son and me. You made our hospital journey a beautiful memory through knowing you and the nursing and medical staff in the surgical department.
