According to coworkers, it’s easy to tell that Fatimah loves what she does and that the care she provides comes from her heart. Dependable and knowledgeable, she is the type of nurse her peers would want to treat their own kids. Fatimah is a true advocate for her patients and their families. She takes the time to fully address their medical and emotional needs. She also serves as a role model to other nurses—considered a mentor to many. In addition to providing excellent care, she regularly attends educational seminars to keep current on advancements in nursing.
