Bisi and my son connected immediately. Her fun and cheerful personality encouraged my son to do his best to eat, drink and talk, which he was unable to do a week after his tonsillectomy. She constantly smiled and laughed telling him "thumbs up!!" He really enjoyed her company and I'm convinced his recovery was helped along by her positive thinking, which is contagious. My son had a terrible belly pain after his morphine. He was screaming and crying and we were scared. Bisi calmed him down and with firm instruction got him to drink a whole glass of water (he had only drank an ounce prior), which diluted the acid enough to stop the sharp pain, just as she predicted. All of the nurses on Level 4 Main are exceptional and Bisi was the soul mate my son needed to turn a corner in his recovery.
