I work in the MH unit and have been working with Faustino for more than 6 years, we call him Tino for short. In 5 years, I have admired Tino's dedication to all his patients. He always put his patients first, in every step. I see how he cares most especially to our dementia patients, giving them showers, changing their dirty outfits in a way that he maintains their trust. No matter how difficult or time constraining, Tino makes sure to stay and wait for his patients to allow him to change them. Tino has a tremendous work ethic and is always ready to help his co-workers. I always enjoy working with him because I know when he is around, the unit will run smoothly.
Tino is a nurse that meets and exceeds the I-CARE principles and I have no doubt he will stay as one of the best nurses I have ever worked with.
