Fawn is a new nurse but you would never know that by seeing her in action. She is loved by her patients, patients’ families and all the staff. Fawn never makes a tough decision without wise counsel from a peer or her nursing textbooks. She always goes over and beyond her scope of work to provide top tier care. Fawn has more wisdom, compassion and knowledge as a first year nurse than many nurses with 10 plus years experience. She is the true definition of a DAISY Nurse.
