A patient in our Medical Surgical Department was admitted to our facility. She was speaking about her experience at TCRH and became very emotional and teary eyed. She disclosed that this was the first time out of her house since her husband died one year ago from COVID. She stated that she had been unable to leave her house since his passing. She stated, "we have changed her life and are a blessing to her." She then went on to tell us that her Case Manager, Fawn Heidrick, was able to get her services with bereavement services locally. That they would be able to help her begin to grieve the death of her husband. She stated, "Fawn gave me my life back and I will always be grateful to everyone at Three Crosses."
