Fe Ligsay is very friendly and explained medical IV meds. Ensured comfort of the patient. Displayed empathy for patient concerns. She displayed cleanliness each and every time she entered the room. Participated in a short conversation other than medical terminology to remove patient mental status of current medical condition. She was a patient, caring, friendly, and well informed nurse. Wish we had her every shift.
