After many hours of position changes which took all of Felecia’s time, the baby moved to a minus 1.
I developed gestational hypertension at 37 weeks and was admitted for an induction because of the elevated blood pressure. I had weeks of back pain. Felecia took my back pain seriously. My husband was concerned. Felecia explained that one reason for my back pain was that the baby was “sunnyside up” and needed to turn.

Felecia would position me every 30 minutes to help. The baby started at minus 3 and he needed to come down more. After many hours of position changes which took all of Felecia’s time, the baby moved to a minus 1. Never once did she come across like she wanted to be anywhere else. She made me feel like my baby and I were all that mattered. I feel like she went above and beyond. She rubbed places that hurt. She was calming. She made me feel at ease. She had my best interest at heart. She knew what I wanted or needed before I even asked. She explained everything including possible avenues and outcomes. She didn’t have an agenda. She was real with possible risk and not scared about it. She tended to me, my husband, and my mom. I like how she included my husband and gave him a purpose. This made it less stressful for him.
