Felecia Pierce, RN

Felicia goes above and beyond with all of her assignments and clinical experiences. Specifically, on one project she provided encouragement to boost staff morale on her unit. She created cards with special tokens of appreciation --- Starbucks cards, gum, candy, etc. and encouraged staff to "pay it forward". She reported back that the staff embraced this project and that she could really see a positive difference in morale for the hardworking staff. The care and precision that she provides in her assignments and interactions with me, show me that she is a caring competent nurse and deserving of this recognition.
