Felicia Bunch was nominated for going above and beyond for one of her long-term patients. Her patient had been to Fort Sanders Regional multiple times for treatment, and the entire staff in the oncology department ensured the patient was well cared for during her stay, and even after the patient was discharged. Her nominator said, "I hope and pray some day when I am sick, I will have nurses care for me with the type of caring heart that these ladies have."
