Felicia Cruz, RN

I’ve been through hundreds of chemo treatments with my spouse, and I have my own health issues; I live with some daily challenges and have had some surgeries in the past. I’ve never had a cardiac procedure, though, and I was quite nervous. Felicia sat down with me and carefully walked through every single procedure and step, explained what they were monitoring, what specialists were on my team, etc. She completely comforted me to an unreal degree. I told my spouse ‘I don’t think I’ve ever had a team treat me that well’ and those efforts were led by my nurse, Felicia. Can’t thank her enough! She created calm before what I thought was going to be a storm, then she made it seem like a breeze, and it was!
