Felicia is one of a kind! Soft-spoken and calming! She looked at my knee with me and talked with me despite her busy schedule. I felt so reassured. She also has a great sense of humor with a smile that says, 'It’s going to be okay.' I felt safe in her care. I could tell by our conversations that she is quite knowledgeable, and it is obvious by her tone, words, and actions that she loves her job. Felicia always entered my room with a smile and approached me in a confident yet calming manner.
