Today, Felicia sat next to me and talked to a lady on the phone. This lady had a gun to her head and wanted to kill herself. Felicia called Detroit PD and gave info as to where this person was located. She kept the lady on the phone talking until PD arrived. Felicia kept calm throughout the whole phone call, kept the lady talking, and made sure PD was at her house before ending the call. Felicia is a true hero. In other words, a true bad a**.
