Recognition is so deserved for this nurse. Felicia was stellar with assisting my husband during his medical stay. My husband was/is a terrible patient when in pain. Felicia was so patient and understanding. She kept my family up to date on everything she could. She truly advocated for her patient. We had poor communication with an MD and she handled the whole situation with poise, control and compassion, which honestly was amazing. I would personally feel 100% assured with Felicia as my nurse or a family member. Felicia was so nice, easy to speak with and again the greatest compassion for her patients and her job. Thank you.
