Felicia Kidd, RN

Through the hardest time in my family’s life, Felicia showed compassion. During our 44 days in the hospital, there was not a single time that she didn’t make sure we knew she was there for us. Through the ups and downs, she stayed respectful knowing we were going through a lot. Felicia not only made sure my father was ok but also my mother who stayed with him every night. She helped with everything and understood the urgency of many of our requests. Thank you!
