Felicia Mayo, RN

Felicia was the day shift nursery nurse on the day I had my son. She was amazing! She answered so many questions my husband and I had as first-time parents. She ensured that all my questions were normal, and she answered each one to the best of her ability. She helped me breastfeed my son and assured me that he was getting exactly what he needed from me, despite my feeling like I wasn't feeding him enough. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and help during this time. She made the transition to parents a little easier on us.
