Felicia is an amazing charge nurse who always gives 110% to her patients and fellow nurses. She has supported me during some of my most difficult days, and as I am a new nurse, that means so much. She also keeps a smile on her face and pushes through when she herself has a difficult day. I know days that I am scheduled with Felicia will be good days because I have her knowledge and support to provide the best care to our patients.
