The compassion displayed by Felicia in the Critical Care Unit towards my mother should be the standard by which all mankind should live by. Felicia was very assuring in her words of caring and concern. My mother is very nervous about the treatment process, but Felicia took her time explaining to my mother the need for assessments and lab work. Beyond Felicia's compassion, her professionalism and representation of Del Webb is exemplary. Although she may have had other patients to tend to, my mother's care never went delayed and Felicia followed through with anything that was requested by me or my Mother.
