I had an emergency lap appy and was a patient on Neuro Spine. Every staff member exhibited RSFH Excellence every time. The nursing care was exemplary. Felecia is a breath of fresh air. She is kind, caring, skilled, and intuitive. She was encouraging and motivating. She has the nursing process and theories so well mastered that she delivers pearls of wisdom to those under her care constantly.
Felecia prepared me all day long for my imminent discharge home today. She taught me when I was least expecting to learn something. I appreciated the incredible attention to detail and my safety as a patient. Her skills and abilities are understated if they are called proficient. She is a member of the most elite RNs. Felecia is a tremendous role model and we can only hope new RNs will be influenced by the example of excellence in her work.
