Felicia was the night shift nurse for my mom during her first night post-op from hip surgery. We were here last year, for my mom's other hip. Felicia has a very calming, reassuring way about her. Caring for others is clearly a gift for her. She explained everything each time she came into the room. She has an excellent rapport with her patients and their family members (me!). She would go over meds and reassured us that she'd be back shortly to check in, but that she was just a buzz away.
